Reservations:
1. Reservations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
2. A Nonrefundable Deposit of $1400.00 is required to
guarantee a reservation for a whitetail hunt, the first $700 due upon
booking and the remaining $700 due upon arrival at the ranch. A
Nonrefundable Deposit of $750.00 is required to guarantee a
reservation for an exotic animal hunt. A Nonrefundable payment
in full is required to guarantee a reservation for a hog hunt or dove
hunt.
3. Non Hunting guests are required to pay $50 per night for total
stay to guarantee a reservation.
4. Final payment at the ranch may be made by cash, money order,
cashiers check, Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover
Card. (There is a 3% fee for payment via credit card) Also, please
bring cash for any gratuities.
NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR BALANCE DUE.
5. No refunds of your deposit will be given; if you must
change your hunt dates, you must do so at least 30 days prior to
your scheduled arrival date, or the deposit paid will be forfeited.
Prior to the 30 day cut off, the deposit, per hunter, will be applied on
a space available basis for the new dates for that hunter, but it must
be used before January 1. We will do our best to accommodate your
reservation changes, but there will be no exceptions on the non
refundable deposit!
6. To Book A Hunt: Call or e-mail to check availability. When the
date and hunt has been set, you will have 1 week to submit the
nonrefundable deposit. At that time, a confirmation letter will be sent
with the details of your hunt, and the date when balance, if any, is
due. If we do not receive the deposit within the weeks time, the spot
will be made available to another hunter or group.
*Please Note: A valid hunting license is required in order to hunt at
the ranch
